Is it safe?

Yes, Genie's TENS low-cycle pulse therapy is safe. Some people should consult their doctor first for peace of mind, including those with a pacemaker or electrical or metal implants, with epilepsy or coronary heart problems.

Remember to remove necklaces and earrings to avoid interfering with Genie's electrodes that work best when fully in contact with your neck.

How to use Genie?

1) Press the power button for two seconds and a beep confirms Genie is awake.

2) On the remote control, press M, then ➕ and choose your massage mode: acupuncture, knead or massage.

3) Press ➕ for higher and ➖ for lower intensities.

Should I charge Genie after unboxing?

Use the micro-USB portable charger to first charge Genie for at least four hours after unboxing. Genie will last for ages without needing recharging with 15 minutes a day of general use.

Help! Genie stops working after 15 minutes

This is normal. Many use Genie before bed for the best sleep quality. Auto shut-off saves battery. Also, because Genie works silently, auto-off helps if you leave it on accidentally. Love Genie but don't get carried away!
